There are two types of snacks: Healthy and Unhealthy snacks
Healthy snacks:
Healthy snacks are fruits, carrots-celery, almonds, brownie, granola bars, blueberry muffins, yoghurts. So in my opinion healthy snacks are mostly homemade and they have less calories wich is also good for you.

Unhealthy snacks:
Unhealthy snacks are mostly snacks that have allot of calories and are not homemade snacks. Here are some examples: chips, candies, donuts, chocalate and sugary drinks.
